So we were cleaning out our computer desk drawer that apparently hasn't been cleaned since we moved here over three years ago. That's another topic. Anyway, we always write down funny things the kids say on little scraps of paper and then find them around much later. These scraps didn't have dates but they are from over three years ago. Most of them were by Ezra back around the time I was pregnant with Georgia. He was very into Thomas trains at that point. Without further ado...a random, unconnected string of quotes...
E: Does the moon have one eye or two?
___
E: There's something growing in mommy's tummy.
___
E: Daddy, is "lick" name calling?
Brad: Yup, if you call someone one it is.
___
Me: Ezra, can you believe the baby is a girl??!!
E: Sir Topham Hat has lots of legs.
___
Brad: The Holy Spirit is who is down here doing a lot of the work in people for God.
Jude: Is the Holy Spirit working while God restus (rests) on Sunday?
___
And lastly, my personal favorite (she hangs head in shame)...
Monica to Brad about upcoming Christmas presents: Everything you're getting me is returnable, right?
Buh, dum, bum.
